Appeals Court Decision Prevents Exclusive Tribal Fishing Zone on the Lower 1/3 of Mille Lacs Lake

A big Thank You to the Mille Lacs County Board of Commissioners for protecting the rights of their citizens (who could have become members of a reservation government without voting privileges), protecting Equal Hunting and Fishing Rights thus preventing a possible exclusive tribal fishing zone on the lower 1/3 of Mille Lacs Lake.
